Before & After

The very large birds of paradise plant was removed, as well as a palm tree that was tangled with the large oak trees. Sod, mulch, and landscaping completed the transformation.

The eat-in kitchen table looks a lot better on the new wood plank tile floor. Notice that the pantry closet was removed and replaced with a modern shaker white wood pantry cabinet.

The only way you can tell that this is the same bathroom is by focusing on the window. The wall dividing the toilet came down,as well as the wall by the shower. The previously open entrance to the bathroom was framed and a new door was installed. The shower was tiled and fitted with a modern glass door.

This is the other side of the same bathroom. The outdated wall mirror and light fixture came down. The vanity was replaced with a modern double sink cabinet.

Cleaning the windows and replacing the carpet with wood plank tile completely transforms this space. The walls and the ceiling here were also resurfaced and freshly painted.

This pool was emptied and resurfaced. The deck was power washed and a new deck patio was installed. The out of control plants on the before picture was the only thing holding many panels of the fence. It was all removed and the fence was replaced. Landscaping completed the transformation.

The outside of this house had a lot of loose cables that had to be secured or removed. The back door was replaced because it had water damage. New soffit and fascia was installed throughout.

The old shower had to be completely rebuilt and all the wood was replaced because of water damage. The plumbing was updated with a new valve and a one handle faucet.

This kitchen was completely renovated with new wood shaker white cabinets and a beautiful granite countertop. The new design allowed for a dishwasher.

This bathroom was gutted and redone throughout. The outdated pink tile was removed and a new tub, a new toilet, and a new vanity were installed. You cannot see it here but also the ceramic tile floor was replaced with a beautiful modern style.

In this renovation the garage door had to be changed and the ugly bush blocking the house was removed. Painting the door a different color and adding landscaping added to the curb appeal.

Landscaping and paint make a very big difference in the curb appeal of this house. The blue shutters and red mulch give contrast to the facade.

This kitchen had a window facing the garage! The window was eliminated and replaced with a strikingly beautiful stone backsplash.  The modern light, faucet, granite, and under-mount sink complete the renovation. It looks completely different, but the cabinets are the same!

This patio had a suspended ceiling that is not meant for the outdoors. It was weathered and the metal had rusted. The ceiling was replaced with white vinyl solid soffit. The deck was painted and all the screens were replaced.

This kitchen was completely redone. The counter depth refrigerator and slide in range give the kitchen a more spacious look.
